Randy Curry, PT

Randy received his degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo , New York and began with West Rehab in 2002.  His special interests include orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.  Randy has been a West Rehab volunteer annually at the Bradwell High School sports physicals event.  His hobbies include going to the gym and playing basketball.  

 

 

Bethany Duncan, PT, DPT

Dr. Bethany Duncan graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2007 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.  Bethany and her husband recently transferred to Savannah where her husband is currently stationed at Hunter Army Airfield.  Bethany is excited about beginning her physical therapy career with West Rehab and particularly enjoys geriatric physical therapy.  Bethany enjoys reading Christian fiction, learning how to cook, and spending time with her family and friends.  The Duncans attend Savannah Christian Church. 

 

 

Britt Nickels, OT

Britt is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia (1997).  She is currently the Director of Occupational Therapy Services at West Rehab.  She has collective professional experience in pediatrics, orthopedic injuries, neuromuscular disabilities, and physical disabilities.  Her special interests include working with children with focus on fine-motor skills, visual-motor skills, ADL training, and sensorimotor treatment.  Britt is currently a provider for “The Listening Program,” which provides an auditory approach for sensory modulation.  She is very involved in her community and acts as the Vice President of the Coastal Conservation Association – Sapelo Chapter.  She is one of the founders and currently the Co-Chairman of the non-profit organization, Friends of Shellman Bluff, as well as the co-founder of the Shellman Bluff’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Golf Tournament.  In addition to her community involvement, Britt is a freelance photographer with a black and white laboratory and skills in photo restorations.

 

Elizabeth A. Dugger, MEd, CCC, SLP

Elizabeth has earned her Bachelor’s degree (AASU 2000) and Master’s degree (UGA 2002) in Speech-Language Pathology.  She has an additional Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland (1996).  Her extensive professional experience includes for adults: aphasia, dysphagia, dysarthria, fluency, and voice disorders, for children: language delays, autism, down syndrome, stuttering, apraxia, voice and articulation disorders, and for all ages: treatment of problems concerning oral motor (Beckman Intervention), augmentative and alternative communication, PECS , sign-language, sensory integration, and reading difficulties.  Elizabeth is bilingual (English-Spanish) and has specialized training in bilingual speech therapy as well as early intervention with preschool-aged children.  Elizabeth is married and enjoys outdoor activities as well as going to exercise at Curves.  Prior to joining the West Rehab team, Elizabeth worked at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospitals .
