Industrial Medicine

Industrial Rehab

West Rehab is interested in helping your business reduce on-the-job injuries and decrease Short and Long Term Disability, workers' compensation, and related healthcare costs. Our program is comprised of several products that can be used in part or as a whole. With our help, you can manage on-the-job injuries as well as prevent future injuries so that your employees can remain effective and productive members of the workforce.

Functional Job Analysis (FJA)

FJA identifies and evaluates the physical demands of work. This includes analysis of the human element (the worker), the tasks performed (the work), and the structure of the work (the worksite). This includes real, accurate, and objective measurements used to comprise a Functional Job Description (FJD).

Pre-Work Screening (PWS)

Developed using the data collected during the Functional Job Analysis, PWS is a test administered after a job offer to determine the ability of an applicant to safely perform the functional tasks of a specific job. Our methods are compliant with EEOC guidelines and are validated to accurately reflect the functional requirements of the job.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

The FCE is an in-depth functional test used to determine an employee's ability to safely perform a wide range of functional demands.

Ergonomic Consultation

Ergonomic consultation includes onsite analysis of a workstation or task in order to identify risk and offer possible solutions to prevent future injuries.

Physical and Occupational Therapy

A licensed Physical or Occupational therapist evaluates and provides treatment with the goal of restoring function and safe return to work. This may be completed on-site to make the process more convenient for both the employee and employer.
