I would like to thank you for choosing West Rehab Services to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for you or your family member. During your course of treatment, you will probably have a number of questions. I would like to encourage you to communicate with your therapist regarding therapy related matters and our office staff regarding scheduling and billing concerns.
Patient surveys have shown us that the cost and billing practices of therapy providers can be confusing. Prior to beginning treatment with us, one of our customer service oriented office managers or assistants will explain your insurance benefits and any expected financial responsibilities you may incur for your care. Your care is our number one concern, and we are willing to work with you to establish a payment plan for any amount not covered by insurance.
The therapists employed by West Rehab Services hold college degrees in their respective disciplines and participate in ongoing educational programs to improve themselves and their skills. They are uniquely specialized professionals who, in concurrence with your physician, will work with you to determine your plan of care, goals, frequency and duration of treatment. In most cases, therapy services are less expensive than surgical procedures, lost time from work and long-term medication for pain control. We feel you will find the benefits of therapy valuable and the cost minimal when you consider other alternatives.
