Malcolm McDougall, PT

Malcolm is a physical therapy graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, 1998).  He joined WRSI in February of 2007 after many years of inpatient and outpatient experience at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in South Carolina.  Malcolm is married with 4 children and 4 grandchildren.  His personal hobbies include coaching youth baseball, fishing, boating and playing golf.   

Pamela Anderegg, MS, CCC, SLP

Pamela received her degrees in speech pathology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette (Master of Science in 1979).  She has extensive professional experience in school settings and is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association, the Georgia Speech Language Hearing Association, the Georgia Organization of School Speech Language Pathologists, and the Georgia Association of Educators.  Past honors include being named the 1993-94 Special Education Teacher of the Year in Effingham County .  Pam is married to Mark Anderegg.  They have four children and are actively involved in the Springfield United Methodist Church .

Helen Reynolds, MEd, CCC, SLP

Helen has 8 years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.  She is currently a full time employee with the Effingham County Schools and a contract employee of WRSI.  She recently gave birth to daughter Emma.

Christine F. Williams, MSP, CCC, SLP

Christine earned her BS Ed degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University (with honors including Cum Laude graduate and “Who’s Who at AASU”) and her MSP degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia .  She has a certificate specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury.  Christine is employed by the Effingham County Pre-School Intervention Program and is a contract employee with WRSI.
